Syracuse — Delavan Art Gallery’s next Wild Card Exhibit, “The Art of Transitional Living Services,” is in celebration of 35 years of services to the Central New York community by TLS, a longtime active organization that provides a broad range of supports and services to individuals living with a developmental disability, mental health issues or brain injury.
